Overview
The Melbourne-based MiCBT Interest and Research Group invites mental health clinicians who have attended an MiCBT introductory workshop and/or the Foundation/Applied Course to join our monthly online MiCBT interest and peer supervision group. Each meeting includes a guided meditation, peer supervision regarding clinicianโs clients and discussion on current research in mindfulness related topics.
The interest group meetings are intended to support clinicianโs practice, offer clinical tips, keep abreast of current research and provide an opportunity to connect with other MiCBT clinicians.
The group also provides free meditation sessions online for clients who are, or have been, engaged in learning MiCBT.
The meetings are held from 6-8pm Melbourne time on the third Thursday of the month. Please check your local time zone. Attendees from all locations are welcome.
If you are interested in attending, please RSVP below. With your RSVP, you will be sent the Zoom link to attend.
