Mindfulness Meditation Group Sessions

Group sittings are valuable opportunities to strengthen your meditation practice. By sitting with fellow meditators who are following the same technique, you can meditate more seriously and gain support that will help you to keep practising on your own.
To avoid unnecessary disruptions, please arrive between 6:30pm and 6:40pm so everyone is ready to start at 6:45pm.
Bring your own cushions if needed, otherwise chairs are provided.
Please ensure that you use the hand sanitiser as you enter the room and maintain a safe distance when sitting in the room. If you need to cough or sneeze, please ensure that you do so in your arm and away from other people
NB: There is minimal instruction – assumes some previous experience.
