Mindfulness Meditation Sittings — Hobart

Dr Bruno Cayoun leads monthly community mindfulness meditation sittings at St Lukes Hobart Wellness Hub, 72 Elizabeth Street, Hobart. Sitting with others is one of the simplest ways to keep a personal practice alive, and therapists are as welcome as anyone else — sustained personal practice is what keeps MiCBT work grounded.

The sittings are community practice rather than therapy, and no prior training is required. They run in person in Hobart only. Bookings are essential and are handled by St Lukes.
