Equanimity is a calm and even-minded mental state that is undisturbed by our experiences or situations. Equanimity is increasingly being recognized to be a central mechanism of mindfulness meditation.
At the University of Technology Sydney, we are testing a new self-report measure of equanimity before using it in mindfulness-based programmes and invite you to join our research (Confirmatory Factor Analysis). Participation involves 10 to 15 minutes of your time to answer online questions, with the option to re-rate the questionnaire four weeks later for further validation. Experience in mindfulness practice is not necessary.
Your participation would be greatly appreciated! If you are 18 years old or above and wish to participate, please follow this link for more information and to access the survey: https://utsau.au1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_1ZZCCNuhrYVjArQ
