About Trainer
Dr Glenn Bilsborrow is a registered clinical psychologist and runs a busy private practice in the northwest of Tasmania. He holds a business degree (BBus), and an honours degree in psychology (B.A. Hons), and a doctorate in clinical psychology (DPsych). He is a member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association and has several published research articles.
Dr Bilsborrow has undertaken specialist training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Schema Therapy. He has also undertaken extensive training in Mindfulness-integrated Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (MiCBT) over several years. He has incorporated the use of MiCBT in his practice since 2005, and has been using it almost exclusively since 2011. He is a Research Associate at the MiCBT Institute, where he takes part in mindfulness-related studies, including the measurements of mindfulness.
