| The MiCBT Institute
The MiCBT Institute is a leading provider of training and professional development services in Mindfulness-integrated Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (MiCBT) to the mental health industry worldwide. The MiCBT Institute was established in 2009 by Dr Bruno Cayoun, with the goal of providing evidence-based mindfulness skills to mental health professionals who are seeking to integrate these practices into their clinical practice. Since then, the MiCBT Institute has run workshops and courses for mental health therapists in Australia, New Zealand, Asia and North America and provided training to many others through specially tailored programs.
‘MiCBT’ is the acronym for Mindfulness-integrated Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, which is an integration of two different evidence-based approaches to psychotherapy. We aim to offer best practice training courses with excellence in education and professionalism delivered by knowledgeable therapists who are passionate about their profession. Our comprehensive training advances therapists to a high level of skill in using MiCBT in their professional area. We support and supervise therapists’ training and provides opportunities for continuing professional development and guidance.
We also offer short and comprehensive professional training in MiCBT for Service Providers.
