What is a Vocational Graduate Diploma?

The MiCBT Institute itself together with the Vocational Graduate Diploma in MiCBT are nationally accredited through the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF).

Nationally Recognised Training provides a standard against which courses and colleges can be assessed and assures the student that the course is of an appropriate standard and that government guidelines are met. As RTO accreditation is an ongoing activity you can be assured that the high standards of the MiCBT Institute are maintained.

The Vocational Graduate Diploma is a relatively new but brilliantly conceptualised qualification (AQF Level 8).

It is oriented towards applied theory, which you can apply to your job almost immediately. It requires considerably more thinking ability and it is far more challenging than an Advanced Diploma. You will need at least a bachelor degree or equivalent or, if you are lacking this, considerable experience working as a health or allied health professional. Full details are provided in the Entry Requirement section.

You can complete this qualification over 12 months if you devote about 10 to 15 hours per week (including your personal practice of mindfulness meditation) or you can learn over a longer period, for up to four years.
