Description
|
During this Applied Course, which is a natural extension of the Foundation Course, participants will learn to deliver individual and group therapy using a structured MiCBT framework. They will learn to:
- Conduct pre-program assessments and useful therapy contract
- Confirm program process
- Implement the program
- Contain emotional responses
- Use a structured and flexible approach to MiCBT
- Assess client suitability for MiCBT
- Deliver MiCBT rationale for Stage 1
- Deliver Stage 1 of MiCBT
- Deliver Stage 2 of MiCBT
- Deliver Stage 3 MiCBT
- Deliver stage 4 of MiCBT
- Ensure own level of skill and knowledge of MiCBT is appropriate to meet client needs and assist in relapse prevention
