Mindfulness-integrated Cognitive Behaviour Therapy

The emphasis will be on the demonstration of specific skills which enable immediate benefits and facilitate commitment to treatment in difficult clients. These include designing and providing clients with effective behavioural experiments which make use of mindfulness skills to reappraise unhelpful beliefs and minimise reactivity.
  • Learning Outcomes: Through a combination of learning activities, including mindfulness practice, case studies and role-play, workshop delegates will be exposed to advanced skills and learn how to apply them in their work.
