Cognitive Behaviour Therapy

This form helps clients to recognise, investigate and remember the “composition” or “signature” of their interoceptive experiences.

Using the Interoceptive Signature form, they can record detailed experience of their body sensations during behavioural tasks and unwanted stressful situations.

Clients can verify and validate the view that even the worst experience manifests itself through the interaction of four phenomenological characteristics within the body.

The form can help detecting schema-based interoceptive patterns, especially those preceding a potential relapse.
