| Aims and Scope |
- To facilitate learning and peer support amongst clinicians who have completed a MiCBT training course
- To promote and build skills in mindfulness-integrated techniques via case discussions
- To seek training opportunities
- To maintain motivation and reinforce commitment to personal practice
- To facilitate networking with other interest groups or individuals having similar interests

| Activities |
- Peer supervision via case discussion, presentations and role plays
- Review of individual mindfulness practice
- Revision of theory and content from the MiCBT training course
- Distribution and discussion of research articles
- Discovery and promotion of events relevant to the practice of mindfulness; including training, conferences, networking and supervision opportunities.
