All 10 units of competency are core units and are required before full qualification is granted. On recommendation of their supervisor, students send their unit submissions to the MiCBT Institute’s Accreditation Board for assessment. Two expert teachers of MiCBT assess each submission.

Duration: The course is expected to take between 12 and 24 months and should be completed within four years of its start date.

Grading: The vocational education system, in contrast with tertiary education, requires the demonstration of competency. Accordingly, with each unit, a student is assessed as being either competent or not yet competent in learning and/or implementing the skills taught during the course.
