A Hobart Counselling Wellbeing Course to help you stop smoking

Do you want to quit smoking? 
Then this is for you!


We are running a smoking cessation group – 2-hours per week for 8-weeks that could change your life! Why don’t you come along and learn about quitting in a supportive and friendly group environment? Smoking can be very difficult to stop by yourself, so we have a whole lot of valuable information and practices to share with you to help.

Dates:          August 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th, Sept 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th
Times:          6.00pm – 8.00pm.
Investment:  $300 Covers 8 sessions, notes, CDs, refreshments and GST.
